Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics or a related discipline or Master’s with 2–4 years of industry research experience.
• 5+ years of R&D experience, focusing on AI technologies including computer vision and robotics/automotive motion planning.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, C++, Rust).
• Hands-on RL experience (PPO, DQN, DDPG) for behavior or motion planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and engineering in AI/ML to enable Embodied AI for ADAS/AD and related domains.
• Advance end-to-end perception and planning for ADAS/AD with multimodal vision-language-action models.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure technology transfer and integration into Bosch platforms.
• Implement research findings to solve real-world challenges with high-quality system integration.
• Engage with academic and industry communities through conferences and publications.
• Document findings and pursue patent submissions as appropriate.
