Job summary

IPSecure, INC. seeks a Virtualization Engineer III to lead design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise VMware environments in a DoD-focused setting. You will ensure resilient, secure virtualization platforms with RMF and DISA STIG compliance.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required along with 8+ years of experience, strong automation skills, and expertise in vSphere/vCenter, ESXi, and scripting to support DoD mission systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise virtualization engineering experience; DoD/Federal environment preferred.
• Experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter, ESXi, HA, DRS, vMotion, SAN/NAS, DR, cloud integration, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise VMware virtualization environments.
• Administer clusters, resource pools, distributed switches, and virtual networking.
• Manage VM lifecycle: provisioning, migration, optimization, decommissioning; support IaaS/PaaS.
