Job summary

Qualifications

Three years of experience related to business or healthcare administration.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, clinical or related field OR Master’s degree combined with HM Fellow.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate work and administrative support for programs and ensure accountability for performance.
Develop relationships with hospital leadership and external clients, partners and vendors.
Partner with stakeholders to design and execute program elements that engage leadership and achieve strategic goals.
Lead meetings and communicate effectively to patients, physicians, family members, and co-workers with a customer service focus.
Work independently and with cross-functional teams to address requirements and provide solutions.
