ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer for a leading aviation engineering and aircraft completions organization. This role is based in Lake Charles or Dallas, TX, and focuses on aircraft electrical systems for interior modifications, avionics upgrades, and STC projects.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering with 7+ years of aviation electrical experience, and be familiar with FAA certification processes (STC/ODA/airworthiness).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 7+ years aviation electrical engineering experience.
• Knowledge of FAA certification processes including STC, ODA, airworthiness.

Responsabilités

• Design and analyze aircraft electrical systems and components for interior modifications, avionics upgrades, and STC projects.
• Prepare engineering reports, electrical drawings, analyses, test plans, and Engineering Authorizations (EAs).
• Develop electrical installation procedures, work instructions, and modification recommendations.
• Coordinate electrical engineering activities with project managers to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met.
• Support certification activities, regulatory approvals, and electrical kit development while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
