Job summary

The Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) is seeking a Videographer & Visual Content Producer to lead end-to-end video production from concept through delivery, including drone capture and motion graphics, to support ACA’s brand, business-development, event, and communications goals. This hybrid role is based in Phoenix, AZ.

Base compensation is between $70k–$85k, with a strong emphasis on a portfolio and FAA Part 107 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in film/media production, digital or visual communications, multimedia, design, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience leading all phases of video production in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated portfolio reflecting strong visual storytelling, interview production, cinematography, editing, and branded content.
• Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire; experience in aerial content creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
• Experience with photography and extracting high-quality still images from video; licensing/content rights experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle video production from concept development through final delivery.
• Produce video and visual assets including event recaps, trailers, testimonials, and social media features.
• Capture high-quality video, photography, and drone footage for campaigns and proposals.
• Transform interviews and B‑roll into clear, engaging narratives for defined audiences.
• Adapt content for websites, email, social, YouTube, Vimeo, and digital ads.
• Maintain organized libraries of footage, stills, and assets; manage licenses and usage rights.
• Operate and upgrade production equipment; stay current on production trends.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing team, agencies, and vendors.
