Cardone Ventures in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to independently capture, edit, organize, and produce high-quality long-form and short-form content for our brands, campaigns, events, podcasts, and executive thought leadership.

This film-heavy, editing-forward role requires you to operate cameras and production gear across studio shoots, travel, and live events, delivering polished, platform-ready content with strong editorial judgment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional videography and editing experience.
• Portfolio required demonstrating long-form, interviews, events, and branded campaigns.
• Experience operating professional camera equipment across multiple shoots.
• Experience editing high-volume brand content with fast turnarounds.
• Photography experience is a plus for events and lifestyle content.
• Experience with project-management and asset-management tools like Asana or Frame.io.

Responsibilities

• Independently capture high-quality long-form and short-form video content for brands, campaigns, events, podcasts, and executive leadership.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio, teleprompters, and related production gear during shoots, studio, and live events.
• Edit polished short-form and select long-form content, including social clips, trailers, and recaps.
• Create platform-native edits with pacing, storytelling, captions, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with editors, vendors, and internal teams from raw footage to final delivery.
• Organize, label, upload, and archive footage using approved asset-management systems.
