Senior Videographer

The Opportunity:

As a CACI-Mission Engineering & Support Senior Videographer supporting the US Army North (ARNORTH) Homeland Defense project, you will create and produce video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and events. You will provide expertise in creating, filming, editing, and post-production processes, ensuring that the final product meets ARNORTH standards. You will develop engaging fictional narratives in multimedia formats to enhance engagement and educate personnel on homeland defense, illustrating ARNORTH's capabilities and contributions to national security.

You will also serve as a key member of the ARNORTH graphic design team and collaborate with the G5 and Public Affairs staff directorates to support project objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide your own equipment in a remote work environment.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop video concepts.
  • Storyboarding: Create storyboards to outline video flow and structure.
  • Filming and Editing: Capture high-quality footage and edit using professional software.
  • Audio and Narration: Enhance videos with audio and narration as needed.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Client Communication: Work with stakeholders to understand their vision and provide updates.
  • Work independently at remote locations with limited oversight, functioning effectively within the ARNORTH Public Affairs team.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current Secret Security Clearance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of experience. Candidates with 15 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience working remotely and independently.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Creativity and artistic vision for visual storytelling.
  • Technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of knowledge management systems and portals.

Pay Range

The salary range is $67,100-$141,000, influenced by location, experience, skills, and education. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, family support, education, and time off. Learn more here.
