Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Senior Video Producer to own the design, development, broadcast delivery, and recording of content for the organization. This role covers scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production for internal and external videos, training materials, podcasts, and member testimonials.

You will partner with IT and business units to deliver high-quality video content, manage studio operations, mentor staff, and shape the long-term video strategy to elevate RCU’s messaging

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of production, lighting, camera, and microphone internetworking.
• AV production experience with large audience environments to include multiple remote locations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
• Knowledge of industry practiced networking protocols, terminology, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop multimedia content for customer stories, internal announcements, external promotions, product marketing, recruiting, training and other enterprise-wide projects.
• Plan and schedule video shoots, locations, talent, and outputs for video catalogs and libraries.
• Partner in development, management, and maintenance of the studio environment and future room buildouts.
• Plan and perform video post-production tasks, including editing, color correction, and audio adjustments.
• Manage schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Research and recommend new software/hardware/tools to improve video presentations.
• Participate in the long-term roadmap of video production and broadcasting processes.
• Provide strong conceptual leadership and creative oversight for video concepts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, security issues, and relevant information for recording/broadcast systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for video production systems and vendor relationships.
