You will translate complex banking topics into clear content for executives and industry audiences, supervise staff, and coordinate with external partners.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and distribution-ready masters while maintaining brand and accessibility standards across formats and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, digital media, marketing, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in video/digital production, including hands-on production and post-production responsibilities.
• 1–3 years supervising employees or leading a production team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end production of executive interviews, client stories, educational videos, webinars, events, social content, podcasts, and internal communications.
• Lead pre-production activities including briefs, storyboards, scripts, shot lists, scheduling, talent prep, locations, equipment, and releases.
• Direct filming and recording; oversee lighting, sound, camera operation, editing, motion graphics, captions, color, mixing, versioning, and delivery.
