Taylored Search in New York seeks a Senior Content Creator to lead high-quality video content across commercials, branded content, social media, and digital campaigns.

You will edit, animate, shoot, direct, and manage post-production, assets, and workflows while collaborating with art directors, copywriters, producers, and account managers. A strong portfolio and 5+ years in an agency or production environment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in film, media production or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, animation and videography.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong storytelling, pacing, sound design and visual composition.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple projects with hard deadlines in a fast-paced team.
• Portfolio or reel showcasing editing, animation and shooting abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with ability to independently evaluate work for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Proven ability to adapt brand voices and visual identities to videos.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to present ideas and feedback.
• Ability to manage projects from ideation to production, through post-production and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Video editing: edit footage into compelling narratives aligned with client goals and briefs.
• Animation & motion graphics: create 2D motion graphics, titles, and VFX for various platforms.
• Videography: plan, shoot, and direct content including lighting, sound, and camera setup.
• Concept development: collaborate on storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments.
• Post-production management: color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
• Asset management: organize raw footage, photos, and edited files per brand specs.
• Collaboration: work with art directors, copywriters, producers, and account managers.
• Mentorship: guide junior editors and production staff as needed.
