Job summary

Local Projects seeks a Media Producer to lead planning and execution of multimedia content across live-action, motion design, and post-production. You will manage budgets and schedules, partner with Creative Directors on vision, and guide the media team through complex, diverse projects.

The role requires 5-7+ years in media production, strong project management, and the ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, with on-site work in NYC and US travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in media production or equivalent.
• Experience project managing live action production, motion design, VFX, and post-production.
• Ability to lead working sessions and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage motion design pipelines (2D/3D) and media programs across scales.
• Plan and build production workflow schedules from concept to delivery and install.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including Graphic Production, Exhibit Design, Content, and Software.
