REFORM Alliance is seeking a Senior Videographer & Editor to captivate audiences through high‑quality video across our marketing channels. You will shoot, edit, and deliver content from field, studio, and interview settings while leading our in‑house production studio and setting technical standards.

The role blends hands‑on storytelling with studio leadership, requiring expertise in camera, lighting, audio, color, and post‑production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience shooting and editing video content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interviews, events, and social content.
• Advanced proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting, and audio for field production.
• Experience with color correction, captions, and audio mixing.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house videography and editing across interviews, events, advocacy work, and social content.
• Edit short- and long-form video for digital campaigns, events, and presentations.
• Manage in-house studio, production equipment, and technical workflows.
• Ingest, organize, archive, and deliver finished assets to spec and timelines.
• Ensure consistent visual quality and explore new production tools and formats.
