Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in video game QA and testing across platforms.
• Ability to mentor and lead a testing team and coordinate activities.
• Experience with test plans, test cases, and reporting defects.
• Strong communication and collaboration with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of testers at all levels with guidance and training.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Test video game titles across PC, console, and mobile devices.
• Prioritize testing activities to meet project deadlines and milestones.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding as the team scales from 50 to 100.
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and results.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and QA practices.
