Job summary

Viktor seeks its first video hire to own the edit layer of our paid creative factory. You will turn raw material from product demos and founder footage into short-form, performance-driven cuts at speed, with many hooks and templates to scale volume without sacrificing quality.

You will build a template system, ensure sound and captions hygiene, repurpose long-form footage, and ship multiple cuts to paid media daily.

Qualifications

• Shipped short-form performance video against real spend
• Able to generate 3–5 distinct hooks from one concept and identify which scaled
• Experience cutting screens for mobile-first view with sound off

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form performance video at scale with multiple hooks per concept, shipped to paid media the day they are briefed
• Transform raw material (UGC, founder footage, demos, screen recordings) into retention-first cuts
• Build and maintain a template system with caption presets, motion presets and export settings
• Repurpose long-form and Creator Program footage into multiple assets from one hour of raw material
• Edit from data: read what wins and template the approach to replicate success
• Own sound, captions and media hygiene; ensure no loss of assets and clear on-brand delivery
