Placements24 is seeking a senior video editor for a fully remote role to craft engaging stories for Arts & Entertainment platforms. You’ll assemble footage, mix audio, apply color grade, and add motion graphics, collaborating with a distributed team of producers, directors, and designers.

You bring 5+ years of professional editing experience, mastery of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and a strong sense of pacing and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor to join their fully remote team. This position is ideal for a creative professional passionate about visual storytelling and bringing narratives to life through compelling edits. As a remote-first role, you will collaborate with a distributed team of producers, directors, and graphic designers to create high-quality video content for various **Arts & Entertainment** platforms. You will be responsible for assembling raw footage, adding music, sound effects, graphics, and color correction to produce polished final products. We seek an individual with a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, who can work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently from their home office. Key Responsibilities
