Qinary is hiring a Senior Video Editor in Scottsdale. This in-person role requires shaping short- and long-form videos for high-profile clients across platforms, with a focus on taste, fast turnaround, and brand consistency.
You will own flagship brands, turn long-form content into short-form assets, and craft hooks, finishes, and pacing that drive results. Expect a clear runway toward leadership in the video team and a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.

We are the personal brand agency. Founders, executives and business owners come to us when they are ready to stop being the best-kept secret in their industry, and we build the brand that fixes it. Thirty-five of them right now, from Dubai to California.
Almost all of that brand ships as video. Which means it ships through an editor.
We are hiring one. Not a button-pusher working a ticket queue — an editor with real taste and real receipts, who understands social at the level of the people actually winning at it. If you watch what GaryVee's team or Hormozi's team puts out and instinctively know why a particular cut lands, that is the instinct we are hiring.
Qinary is a full-service personal branding and marketing agency in Scottsdale. We run social, PR, podcasts and AI-built content at real volume for high-profile clients across a dozen markets — Dubai, New York, Dallas, Tampa, San Diego, Denver, Portland, Honolulu, Phoenix and Scottsdale.
The work is not corporate filler. Our clients are entrepreneurs building genuine authority — the kind of people whose content gets screenshotted, quoted and sent to a friend. When one of their videos hits, it moves their business: inbound leads, speaking invitations, deals. You will be able to point at things you cut and say that reached a quarter of a million people and it made that person's phone ring.
We also run on agentic AI, well past a chatbot open in another tab. That matters for an editor because it means the grunt work is increasingly handled and your time goes where taste actually lives — the cut, the pacing, the hook, the call.
Our video is spread across several editors and it is growing faster than that setup can hold. We need one person with the taste and the speed to raise the floor on everything that leaves the building, and the judgement to be trusted with our biggest brands without being checked.
This is a seat with real runway. The person who is excellent here becomes the one setting the standard for every editor who follows — owning the style guides, reviewing other people's cuts, and shaping how the agency's video looks. We would rather grow that person than hire them later.
The flagship brands. The clients whose content carries the most weight. Their short-form, their long-form, and the standard everything else gets measured against.
Turning long into short. A forty-five minute podcast becomes a week of clips, each one cut for how its platform actually behaves. Finding the moment inside the hour is the whole skill, and it is most of this job.
The hook. First frame, first second, first line. You own the part that decides whether the other fifty-eight seconds get watched at all, and you have a real point of view about it.
The finish. Colour, audio, captions, motion titles, sound design. The difference between something that reads as amateur and something that reads as authority, on a phone screen, muted, in a thumb-scroll.
The standard. As you grow into the seat: the style guides, the review pass on other editors' work, and the taste that keeps thirty-five brands each looking like themselves and none of them looking cheap.
Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, Descript, the current crop of AI editing tools, Frame.io for review, ClickUp for the pipeline, and a properly stocked Scottsdale studio behind it — Sony and Canon bodies, Aputure lighting, Rode and RODECaster audio.
Someone with taste who can defend it. Someone who watches a cut back and knows precisely why it is or is not working, and can say so out loud. Someone who wants to build a body of work behind names people follow, rather than fill a queue.
If that is you, this is a career-making seat and we will treat it like one.
Qinary is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on talent. If you are strong at the core of this and unsure about a line or two above, apply anyway and tell us. We would rather watch your work than screen you out on a checklist.
