Qualifications
Two years’ experience in crime victim service delivery or relevant experience.
Certification as a sexual assault advocate or willingness to attend training.
Knowledge of police and criminal justice system is helpful.
Responsibilities
Provide client-centered trauma-informed services for sexual assault victims.
Conduct community presentations and safety assessments for clients.
Advocate with NYPD SVD personnel on behalf of victims.
