Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is seeking an Assistant Vice President and Deputy Risk Officer to oversee enterprise risk management, business continuity, privacy, COSO, and data governance.

The role leads a blended team of ERM, information risk management, and continuity professionals, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in risk management with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement across the Bank and System partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field required; 10+ years risk management experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of risks, controls, resiliency practices
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management activities including Board reporting and risk documents.
• Lead Business Continuity to ensure resilience and testing.
• Lead Privacy program to ensure compliant practices.
• Lead COSO program to meet ICFR requirements.
• Prepare risk documents for Executives, SL Committee, and Board.
• Represent the Bank on System risk groups and provide input on risk reporting.
• Provide subject matter expertise on best practices and emerging risks.
