Job description

Technology Services Group Inc seeks an SVP, Production Services Infrastructure Support for its Jersey City, NJ location.

DUTIES:

1. Design, implement, integrate, and support complex software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment.
2. Maintain and support moderately complex infrastructure environments.
3. Perform complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert.
4. Ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup.
5. Lead root cause analysis and problem management for complex issues.
6. Collaborate with business and application development stakeholders.
7. Coordinate production readiness reviews for new releases and validate supportability of changes prior to deployment.
8. Analyze system requirements and evaluate plans for major projects to meet system needs.
9. Monitor major changes to infrastructure environment.
10. Analyze complex issues and collaborate with infrastructure engineering, quality assurance, and application support for capacity monitoring & instrumentation.
11. Manage incident, problem management, and troubleshooting processes.
12. Maintain relationships with business and operations to address needs.
13. Interface with other technology groups including Application Development and Support.
14. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Ten (10) years of experience in IT network roles, including:
1. Implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting corporate wireless infrastructure.
2. Managing remote access technology across multiple vendor platforms.
3. Configuring and managing web proxy and cloud-based proxy, including URL and content filtering.
4. Understanding load balancing technology and applying it to business use cases.
5. Administering DNS and DHCP using IP address management tools.
6. Handling routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP, and troubleshooting routing issues.
