Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Operations management or business. Advanced degree a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in operations with some maintenance/service exposure.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing leaders and large teams.
• Minimum 10 years of Business-to-Business experience.
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
• Experience driving organizational integration, process improvement, or service transformation initiatives.
• Experience driving digital transformation and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance service organizations to deliver exceptional service across Repair & Maintenance, Truck & Equipment, and Service Assurance.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, service models, and performance measures across multiple teams and locations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal partners to understand service needs and improve client experience.
• Establish organizational structures, role clarity, and operating standards for a cohesive maintenance organization.
• Analyze operations and develop strategic plans to integrate and optimize capabilities.
• Monitor service quality and financial performance to ensure client satisfaction and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee evolution of maintenance systems, tools, analytics, and automation.
• Partner with Procurement, Vendor Management, Product, Technology, and Finance to align strategies and investments.
• Manage escalations and ensure continuity of operations.
