WECU is seeking a Senior Vice President, Impact to join our Senior Leadership team located in Bellingham, WA. This position serves as a key member of the senior vice president team, responsible for advancing the credit union’s strategic initiatives that enhance equitable financial opportunity, community impact, and member financial wellbeing. The SVP, Impact, ensures that the credit union’s strategic growth initiatives and other business objectives support the advancement of impact and vice versa. Working collaboratively with the senior vice presidents, executive team, community partners and employees, the SVP, Impact, develops and executes strategies that strengthen the credit union’s charitable giving, advocacy, community presence, member experience and long‑term sustainability.

The salary range for this position is from $194,613 to $274,748 annually.
