Job summary

BerlinRosen, part of Orchestra, seeks an experienced Senior Vice President for the Higher Education team. You will guide strategic communications for colleges and universities, managing large accounts and leading teams across paid, earned, social, and content campaigns.

You will mentor staff, help grow client relationships, and contribute to new business efforts while aligning with senior stakeholders to elevate institutional reputations.

Qualifications

• As Senior Vice President, provide executive-level communications guidance to clients.
• Lead integrated campaigns crossing public affairs, earned media, social and digital tactics.
• Directly manage, mentor staff and set strategic direction for client work.
• Develop high-level materials including strategy decks and op-eds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic counselor to clients and manage complex accounts.
• Lead development and execution of multi-channel campaigns to reach key audiences.
• Directly mentor staff and provide feedback for development and client work.
• Draft strategy decks, communications plans, messaging and op-eds.
• Collaborate with leadership to inspire the team and drive innovation.
• Participate in new business development, proposals and pitches.
• Manage, prep and staff senior principals or leaders on client work.
