BerlinRosen, part of Orchestra, is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President to lead the Higher Education team in New York City or Washington, DC with a hybrid schedule of three days in office. The role emphasizes trusted advisory work, managing large accounts and guiding multi-disciplinary campaigns.

Formación

• 11+ years of relevant strategic communications experience.
• PR agency experience strongly preferred.
• News sense and relationships with reporters.
• Experience engaging media for rapid response and long-lead stories.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Experience mentoring and leading staff.
• Business development skills, including pitches and client growth.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a senior strategic counselor to clients, providing executive-level guidance.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across public affairs, earned media, social and digital tactics.
• Directly manage and mentor staff and provide strategic direction and feedback.
• Draft high-level materials including strategy decks, communications plans and op-eds.
• Collaborate with management to motivate and inspire the team of strategists.
• Contribute to new business development efforts, including proposals and pitches.
