The role partners across the digital team to deliver integrated programs for .com, CRM, paid media, SEO, and social. The candidate should bring deep pharma experience across HCP, patient and caregiver audiences and be proficient in MLR processes, with strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of health digital experience in an agency setting

Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy across branded and unbranded pharma marketing, from .com and CRM to paid media, SEO, and social.
• Translate business challenges into digital-first solutions grounded in compliance, creative storytelling, and measurement.
• Partner with cross-functional SMEs to ensure seamless execution and integration.
• Navigate pharma regulations (e.g., MLR, ISI, fair balance) to design experiences that are compliant, engaging, and effective.
• Guide clients through omnichannel strategy and experience design across touchpoints and customer journeys.
• Operate as a trusted advisor, simplifying complexity and connecting digital efforts to business outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams to grow talent and elevate performance across digital and integrated disciplines.
