Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required for health digital leadership roles.
• 10+ years of health digital experience in an agency setting.
• Salary range listed: $150,000–$215,000 annually; compensation discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy across branded and unbranded pharma marketing, from .com and CRM to paid media, SEO, and social.
• Translate business challenges into digital-first solutions—grounded in compliance, storytelling, and measurement.
• Partner with cross-functional SMEs to ensure seamless execution and integration.
• Navigate pharma regulations (MLR, ISI, fair balance) to design compliant experiences.
• Guide clients through omnichannel strategy and experience design across touchpoints.
• Operate as a trusted advisor, connecting digital efforts to business outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams to grow talent and elevate performance.
