Job summary

WalkMe, an SAP Company, seeks a Senior Vice President of Global Solution Advisory to lead our worldwide Solution Advisory organization, including Presales, Demo Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and as the primary technical partner to Global Sales.

This role operates at the intersection of WalkMe and the SAP ecosystem, aligning GTM strategy with SAP Market Units, GSPS/GSIs, and Product Engineering, while partnering with Customer Success for adoption and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead WalkMe's worldwide Solution Advisory organization, encompassing Presales, Demo Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and serving as the primary technical partner to Global Sales.
• Lead through executive presence, matrixed collaboration, and ecosystem influence across WalkMe and the SAP ecosystem.
• Align GTM strategy with SAP Market Units, Global Strategic Service Partners (GSSPs/GSIs), and Product Engineering.
• Partner with Customer Success for ongoing customer adoption and renewals.

As the Senior Vice President of Global Solution Advisory at WalkMe, an SAP Company, you will lead our worldwide Solution Advisory organization, encompassing Presales, Demo Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and serving as the primary technical partner to Global Sales. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The OTE for this role is between $450,000 and $490,000 including salary and variables. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
