Women In Need, Inc. (Win) is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Senior Vice President, General Counsel to serve as the organization's chief legal officer and a key member of the Executive Team.

This executive leadership role will provide strategic legal counsel to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership while overseeing legal risk, governance, compliance, labor and employment matters, litigation, contracts, real estate transactions, and enterprise-wide risk management.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active New York State Bar membership.
• Extensive in-house or General Counsel experience.
• Experience advising CEOs, Boards, and executive teams.
• Strong labor and employment law expertise, including union environments.
• Experience managing litigation, investigations, and risk.
• Experience in nonprofit, government contracting, housing, healthcare, or social services environments preferred.

• Significant in-house and/or General Counsel experience
• Experience advising CEOs, Boards, and executive teams
• Deep labor and employment law expertise, including union environments
• Strong litigation, investigations, contracting, and risk management experience
• Experience in nonprofit, government contracting, housing, healthcare, or social services environments is highly preferred
