Pathward is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications Leader to connect employees and external stakeholders with the company’s strategy and impact. You will lead internal and external programs, advise executives, and shape messaging frameworks across enterprise-wide priorities.

The role requires driving media relations, executive communications, and change communications while ensuring governance across channels and storytelling for diverse audiences. Hybrid work with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; master's preferred.
• Typically 12+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Scope encompasses one or more corporate communications areas and policy.
• Decisions establish enterprise messaging, governance, and priorities.
• Work connects strategy, culture, performance, and stakeholder expectations through communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned with priorities.
• Advise executives on messaging, stakeholder engagement and planning.
• Develop enterprise narratives and communication plans connecting strategy and impact.
• Oversee media relations, PR, announcements, and spokesperson support.
• Lead employee communications programs and engagement campaigns.
• Govern channels, calendars, content planning, and editorial standards.
• Direct executive communications including presentations and town halls.
• Lead communications for change, transformation, and crises.
• Monitor effectiveness using audience data to improve strategies.
