BNY is seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Digital Asset Operations within the Digital Assets Business and Operations team. This role is based in NYC,NY.
Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Asset Operations, this role supports the execution of the APAC operating model for BNY’s digital asset business, ensuring effective processes, strong control discipline, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality service delivery to institutional clients across the region.
The role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to implement scalable processes, maintain a strong control environment, and support business growth across APAC. The ideal candidate will bring a security‑first mindset and a strong background in banking, finance, fintech, and/or digital assets, with practical knowledge of institutional digital asset custody, transaction processing, key management, wallets, network providers, and operational reporting.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
