Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental test experience or competence in Vibration, Shock, or Specification Performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-start and maintain positive relationships.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship to Jr. technicians on test methods and vibration control.
• Conduct hands-on environmental stress screening on flight hardware.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of vibration tables and thermal chambers.
• Manage multiple test projects while supporting operational schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform maintenance on machines and work areas.
