Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental test experience or competence in Vibration, Shock, or Specification Performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-start and maintain professional relationships.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and instruction to Jr. technicians on accurate test methods.
• Conduct hands-on environmental stress screening on flight hardware.
• Assist with the installation, operation, and maintenance of test equipment.
• Coordinate with test engineers on daily test activities.
• Manage multiple test projects concurrently.
