Job summary

You will supervise clinical care, develop SOPs, stay current with veterinary advances, mentor staff, ensure compliance with safety and policy standards, and may travel as required.

Qualifications

• DVM degree required and active veterinary license.
• At least 5+ years in general medicine and surgery; 1–3 years leadership.
• Experience with radiation equipment preferred.
• Strong customer service and empathetic patient care.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor veterinarians and staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Support veterinary services while upholding Chewy Vet Care culture.
• Oversee compliance, records, and client communication.
• Assist in development of SOPs and staff training.
