Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Veterinary Technician to join our medical team. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who is confident working independently and excels in anesthesia, surgical support, and advanced technical procedures. This is not an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical support for spay and neuter procedures, including advanced cases
• Perform dental procedures, including dental radiographs and cleanings
• Proficient blood draws, IV catheter placement, and laboratory sample handling
• Patient monitoring and accurate medical record keeping
• Assist veterinarians during surgeries and medical procedures
• Maintain surgical and anesthesia equipment
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety

Compensation

Rate of pay $25-$28 per hour DOE
