Consor is seeking a skilled Vertical Building Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex multi‑phase projects in San Francisco. You will integrate owner, Design-Build teams, trade partners, and regulators to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality across all phases.

The role requires extensive field work and leadership across multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a BS in Construction Management or related field and at least ten years of experience managing

Competenze

• BS in Construction Management or related engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience managing vertical building projects (commercial, residential, mixed-use, etc).
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure construction activities are properly integrated across multiple project phases.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with phased occupancy, logistical constraints, and ongoing site operations.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify critical path activities.
• Evaluate potential delays and implement recovery plans when necessary.
• Monitor contractor performance for safety, quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify project progress.
• Coordinate resolution of field issues, design conflicts, and unforeseen conditions.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are implemented throughout construction.
