Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer to join our Legal team in Washington, DC. You will play a key role in supporting the government accounts and ensuring the reliability of the eDP environment.

The role requires strong scripting (PowerShell, VBScript), storage and backup expertise, and the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver rapid, compliant solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP).
• Demonstrated ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot complex eDiscovery environments.
• Experience supporting multiple government clients or contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical meetings to review objectives and deliverables.
• Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the eDP environment using official docs.
• Log configuration changes and support storage migrations and decommission tasks.
• Monitor system components, respond to incidents, and perform routine maintenance.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and VBScript as needed.
• Support migration of implementations into cloud infrastructures.
• Prepare technical assessments with scope, tasks, and timelines.
