Blue Origin LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Verification Engineer on the ASIC & Networking team to support TeraWave’s first in-house silicon program, including a high-throughput modem and a DSP-intensive digital beamformer with tapeout targeted for 2027.

You will own verification planning and execution for complex blocks, translating design specs into verification strategies with measurable coverage goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SystemVerilog, UVM or formal testbench development.
• Experience with metrics-driven verification and coverage closure.
• Ability to debug RTL and complex datapath logic.

Responsibilities

• Own verification planning and execution for complex blocks and subsystems, from test plan through sign-off.
• Translate design specs into verification strategies with measurable coverage goals.
• Select verification methods: constrained-random, formal, and directed testing.
• Develop verification environments, scoreboards, monitors, coverage components and assertions.
• Drive functional coverage closure and regression health across simulations and formal results.
• Build verification infrastructure, CI systems, and reuse strategy across IP, subsystem, and SoC levels.
• Apply AI-assisted verification for stimulus generation and coverage analytics.
• Review testbench architecture and mentor junior engineers in methodology.
