Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Verification Engineer to support the ASIC & Networking team for the TeraWave program. You will drive verification planning, create strategies and coverage plans, and own parts of the testbench across IP, subsystem and SoC levels.

Responsibilities include developing environments, reference models, scoreboards, and coverage components, while applying AI-assisted techniques for stimulus generation and regression triage.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional ASIC/SoC functional verification experience.
• Hands-on SystemVerilog/UVM or formal testbench development experience.
• Experience with metric-driven verification and coverage closure.

Responsibilities

• Own verification planning and execution for complex blocks and subsystems, from test plan through sign-off.
• Translate design specs into verification strategies, measurable coverage goals, and high-risk scenario identification.
• Select verification methods for problems: constrained-random, formal analysis, directed testing.
• Develop verification environments, reference models, scoreboards, monitors, coverage components, and assertions.
• Drive functional coverage closure, regression health, and sign-off readiness across sims and formal results.
• Build verification infra, CI, and reuse strategy across IP, subsystem, and SoC levels.
• Apply AI-assisted verification for stimulus generation, regression triage, and coverage analytics.
• Review testbench architecture and mentor junior engineers in verification methods.
