Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 6+ years in autonomous vehicles, automotive, or related industry.
• Strong systems thinking and problem‑solving across multi‑discipline integration.
• Hands‑on with mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
• Proven leadership on integration or development programs.
• Excellent technical documentation and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience driving tests from development through final reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering and manufacturing partners to build verification processes.
• Conduct build‑based troubleshooting and Debugging across subsystems.
• Design and communicate corrective and preventive measures.
• Perform diagnostics across electrical, software, and mechanical systems.
• Drive verification programs using analysis tools to meet standards.
• Evaluate hardware quality and address assembly discrepancies.
• Validate schematics, build procedures, and QC protocols.
• Participate in integration lifecycles from bring‑up to sign‑off.
• Collaborate across Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing and Systems teams.
