Job summary

Amazon Global Engineering Services (GES) is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to lead the Vendor Portfolio strategy and performance standards for NA Startup Support.

This role owns cross-portfolio accountability, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that influence sourcing, contracts, and investments. You will collaborate with GPO, IAS/TVM, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, vendor development, and executive-level communications across a 450+ project portfolio

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and developing performance accountability frameworks.
• Experience with project management tools and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-wide vendor performance strategy with scorecards and accountability frameworks.
• Identify cross-vendor patterns and implement corrective actions with broad impact.
• Build vendor performance dashboards and KPI frameworks for leadership visibility.
• Influence sourcing decisions through data-driven vendor assessments and recommendations.
• Establish and maintain vendor management mechanisms and ongoing training programs.
