Southwest Airlines is seeking a Sr Manager of Customer CARE Vendor Strategy in Dallas to lead the strategy and relationships for external partners supporting the Customer CARE organization. You will manage the full vendor lifecycle from sourcing assessments to governance and ongoing performance management, aligning with CARE Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Technology, and vendor leadership.

• Ability to develop business cases and cost models for vendor engagements.

Mansioni

• Lead department vendor strategy across the vendor lifecycle, including sourcing assessments, business case development, delivery-location strategy, implementation, governance, and performance management.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to evaluate outsourced delivery, identify internal options, and balance cost, service, risk, continuity, and business needs.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, pricing models, and fully loaded cost models to support sourcing decisions, contracts, transition investments, benefits, and timing.
• Lead development of business requirements and commercial terms in vendor agreements, including Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work.
• Lead new vendor implementations from contract execution through stable operations with coordinated plans and milestones.
• Establish and maintain vendor performance measures, scorecards, governance routines, and escalation processes.
