Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay seeks a Senior Vendor Coordinator to act as the main contact for equipment and maintenance vendors. The role focuses on vendor solutions, warranties and maintenance processes.

You will liaise between maintenance, operations and vendors, handle invoices, audits and ensure timely repairs. Strong communication and diesel/auto repair background are needed. This is a first-shift, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of diesel or automotive repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for maintenance, operations and external vendors.
• Communicate to internal Schneider customers about vendor solutions and provide advice on how to proceed.
• Resolve invoice issues, payment discrepancies, vendor issues and process breakdowns.
• Perform audits of vendors.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Explore process improvements to improve quality and lower costs.
