You will act as an expert on equipment, warranty and maintenance solutions, coordinating with maintenance, operations and external vendors to resolve issues and optimize repairs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in diesel technology.
• 2-4 years of diesel or automotive repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for maintenance, operations and external vendors.
• Communicate to internal Schneider customers about vendor solutions and provide advice on how to proceed.
• Resolve invoice issues, payment discrepancies, vendor issues and process breakdowns.
• Perform audits of vendors.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Explore process improvements to improve quality and lower costs.
