Job summary

Roush is seeking a Senior Vehicle Test Engineer to support test procedures for full vehicles, on test tracks or roads, ensuring data meets requirements and procedures are followed. You will analyze results and develop test procedures, collaborating with Design Engineers and customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and at least 4 years in automotive testing or design, with knowledge of powertrain and chassis principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of automotive engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of powertrain and chassis principles.

Responsibilities

• Support test planning to ensure proper vehicle configuration.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure instrumentation and readiness.
• Monitor daily operations and communicate issues.
• Maintain and document data and issue resolutions.
• Analyze test data and provide conclusions to customers.
