A valid driver’s license and strong attention to safety are required. Ideal candidates bring extensive vehicle maintenance knowledge and 2–4 years of technician experience, plus reliability and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of technician experience in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean/excellent driving record.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road operation.
• Perform scheduled vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate and drive the repair process, escalating issues to engineering teams as needed.
• Create diagnostic test plans and maintain detailed service records and quality reports.
• Maintain shop facilities, tools, and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
