Job summary

Applied Intuition seeks simulation engineers to design innovative VehicleSim and ADP based applications for the automotive sector. You will work with customers to gather feedback, drive feature development, and own documentation for new and existing software.

The role emphasizes close interaction with users, ownership of technical and product decisions, and contributing to a collaborative team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MS in Mechanical Engineering or BS with relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years of hands on experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience using simulation software such as CarSim, Simulink, CarMaker, Adams, or similar tools.
• Evaluated vehicle dynamics behavior at the system level such as response to driver controls.
• Experience evaluating Advanced Driver Assistance Systems at the system level.
• Familiarity using AI tooling to accelerate development safely.

Responsibilities

• Develop new applications that can be used and then modified by automotive customers to improve their simulations.
• Collaborate closely with our automotive customers to provide technical support and collect data for new feature development.
• Create thorough documentation for new and existing software applications.
• Test and provide feedback for new versions of our software.
• Work closely with cross functional team to develop and conduct customer training remotely and onsite.
