Job summary

Mossy Honda Lemon Grove is seeking experienced Service Technicians for a fast-paced, high volume shop. You will inspect, service, and prepare new and used vehicles to meet factory and dealership standards while ensuring customer satisfaction by completing jobs correctly and on time.

The position offers a pay scale of $34.00 to $39.00 per hour base, with a productivity bonus up to $50.00 per hour based on performance, plus a suite of benefits and career growth opportunities within Mossy Auto

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current models and used vehicles.
• Perform work on repair orders efficiently and per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to verify repairs.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, A/C, etc.).
• Communicate with Service Advisor about extra work and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
