Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Automotive Trade School or related certifications/degrees preferred.
• Three (3) years of related experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex bodywork and repair tasks on vehicles.
• Prepare surfaces for priming and painting.
• Diagnose and repair structural damage.
• Mentor team members and document assembly processes.
• Conduct thorough quality checks with the Quality Control Department.
