Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer in Normal, Illinois. This role will span across Customer Quality, Engineering, and Operations to ensure high-quality vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4+ years of experience in quality within manufacturing.

The engineer will develop inspection processes and collaborate with multiple teams to tackle complex technical challenges. You will also have the opportunity for performance bonuses and equity awards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quality experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain testing methods for quality issues.
