Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program scheduling, project planning, or timing analysis.
• Knowledge of automotive product development processes (APQP, gateway/phase reviews).
• Understanding of vehicle program milestones (SOP, PPAP, launch, ramp-up).
• Familiarity with engineering, tooling, and manufacturing timing dependencies.
• Knowledge of supplier readiness and PPAP timing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated master schedules, milestones, and critical paths across the product lifecycle.
• Define task dependencies, durations, and resource requirements across cross-functional teams.
• Track progress against baselines and identify schedule risks and bottlenecks.
• Develop mitigation plans for at-risk activities with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare timing status reports and executive dashboards for reviews.
• Track core timing KPIs and ensure cross-functional timeline alignment.
• Coordinate milestones across sourcing, tooling, validation, and launch timing.
• Maintain scheduling tools and standardize timing templates.
