Qualifications

• 12+ years of related work experience in automotive or powersports.
• Vehicle frame development experience.
• Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects and teams related to system-level development.
• CATIA 3D experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate vehicle frame design and development of FaaS vehicle.
• Oversee engineers, designers, testers, and suppliers to ensure quality, performance and safety.
• Coordinate with other divisions/Honda companies, vendors and suppliers; manage partnerships.
• Approve and validate CATIA models and drawings; set technical specifications and pass/fail standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead milestones for powertrain-related projects; monitor progress and risk.
